Who we are
This website, huntersfamilyoffice.com, is operated by Hunters Family Office. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Hunters Family Office.
The website was designed and built, and is hosted, by Website Kids Inc., a Canadian company. Website Kids Inc. handles website messages only for us and on our instructions.
What we collect
If you use the contact form on this website we collect:
- your name and your email address (both required);
- your company name (optional);
- a short “what is this about” line (optional);
- your message, which is free text. You decide what to write;
- the page you were on when you sent it, and the date and time, which are added automatically.
Please do not put policy numbers, banking or card details, government ID numbers (such as a SIN) or health information in the form. If you need to share those, we will tell you how to do it safely.
If you email or phone us directly, we collect what you tell us.
Technical information: like every website, our host (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request when you visit. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. When you send the form, your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated or automated submissions (spam protection). We do not store it with your message.
This website does not set cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a script loaded from Cloudflare, to count visits and measure how fast pages load. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.
Fonts on this site are served from the site itself, not from Google Fonts. The “Copy” buttons for our email address and phone number copy text to your own device and send nothing to us.
Why we collect it
- to read and reply to your message;
- to understand what you are asking and decide how we can help;
- to keep a record of the conversation;
- to keep the website secure and stop spam;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your message for marketing unless you clearly ask us to. Replying to your question is not marketing.
Your consent
When you send the form, you agree that we may use your information for the purposes above, as explained next to the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).
How your message travels and who sees it
When you press Send, the website passes your message to an email delivery service, which emails it to our team at askus@huntersrisk.com. The website does not keep a database of messages, and Website Kids Inc. does not keep a copy of your message in the website itself.
These service providers help us run the website and handle your information on our behalf:
- Website Kids Inc. (Canada): built and runs the website and the form. Its team may see delivery records for troubleshooting.
- Resend (email delivery service, United States): sends the message from forms@websitekids.com to our inbox. It keeps its own delivery record of the email.
- Cloudflare (hosting and security, United States and other countries): serves the website, provides visit counts and handles spam protection.
Resend and Cloudflare process information in the United States and possibly other countries. While your information is there, it may be accessed by courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of that country.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires or allows it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only as long as needed to answer you and keep business records, and to meet legal requirements. Our service providers keep their own delivery records under their own policies. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS (encrypted in transit) and the form is protected against spam and abuse. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please keep your message to what is needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, or stop using it, where we no longer need it;
- withdraw your consent.
Contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer answer your inquiry. We may need to confirm who you are before we share information with you.

Please contact us first, and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada: www.priv.gc.ca, toll-free 1-800-282-1376.
Visitors outside Canada
This website is operated from Canada, and information you send is handled under Canadian privacy law (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, “PIPEDA”). If you are in Quebec or elsewhere and want to exercise rights under your local law, contact us and we will respond as that law requires.
